Returns
30-day hassle-free return and exchange guarantee. Send anything back within 30 days of it arriving and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. We pay the return postage.
Worn is fine. Washed is fine. We would rather you actually tried it properly than kept it in the bag deciding.
Exchanges
If the size is wrong, we send the replacement as soon as you tell us, before the first one gets back to us. You are not waiting two weeks for a parcel to cross a continent twice.
Exchanges are free, in both directions, as many times as it takes. Getting the size right is the whole point.
Repairs
For five years from the day you bought it, we will repair anything we made, for nothing. That covers split seams, failed zips, blown cuffs and holes you can explain.
- Post it in with a note saying what went wrong.
- We fix it in Porto, on the machines that made it.
- It comes back to you within two weeks, cleaned.
If it cannot be repaired properly we replace it instead. If it is beyond five years we will still do it, just at cost.
