Duties and taxes
Tax is worked out at payment and shown before you confirm. For orders outside the EU we pay the import duty ourselves, so the price you agree to is the price you pay. Nothing arrives with a bill attached.
Where your order is
You get a tracking link when the parcel is scanned at dispatch from Kenya or a global hub, typically within the 3-7 business day window.
If the tracking has not moved in two working days after dispatch, email us and we will send a replacement without waiting for the first one to turn up. Chasing a courier is our job, not yours.
